New Software

If you need or have already bought new software for your computer I can install and configure it for you. You can then go ahead and start using the software. I can also help you get started using your new software with some pointers, tips and training.

Security Software

I can install and configure your security software on your computer, tablet or phone. Software such as anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spyware and firewalls are necessary to protect you and your data from hackers and cyber criminals.

Regular Software Updates

Your software should be kept up to date with updates from the manufacturer. Sometimes these updates cause problems with your computer, tablet or phone. Your phone may not turn on or some of your applications won't work on your computer. It is important to do a backup of your device before you do a major update so you can restore your computer or phone to the way it was when you started the update.

Operating System Upgrades

Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8 or 8.1 or getting the free upgrade to Windows 10. Install a linux operating system like Ubuntu or Fedora. I can perform the upgrade or new installation for you and help you get started with training and assistance with your new operating system. If you are used to Windows XP and need help with Windows 8 or 10 I can help.
